Traffic.com Announces New General Counsel

Wayne, PA—Traffic.com, Inc., a leading provider of accurate, real-time traffic information in the United States, today announced the appointment of Brian Sisko as Senior Vice President and General Counsel.

Verratti, chief executive officer, Traffic.com. “His legal, corporate finance and general management background, extensive public company experience, and strategic insight further strengthen the depth of experience and leadership within our organization.”
In his new position, Mr. Sisko will oversee the legal and compliance functions for the Company. His duties will include management of the Company’s business affairs and SEC reporting functions. He will also be instrumental in the Company’s corporate finance activities, and will provide strategic advice and counsel to the executive leadership and board of Traffic.com.
Mr. Sisko comes to Traffic.com from Warp Technology Holdings, a public holding company for enterprise software businesses, where he served as Chief Operating Officer. He has also held high-level positions with organizations such as Katalyst, a venture capital and consulting firm; National Media Corporation, a public multimedia consumer product marketing company; and Klehr, Harrison, Harvey, Branzburg & Ellers LLP, a full-service law firm. Mr. Sisko also currently sits on the Board of Overseers of The Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts.
