Traffic.com Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

Wayne, PA— Traffic.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRFC) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,550,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $12.00 per share. All of these shares are being offered by the Company. In addition, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase 982,500 additional shares to cover over-allotments, if any, including 829,392 Company shares and 153,108 shares held by existing stockholders. Traffic.com’s common stock will trade on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol “TRFC.”
WR Hambrecht + Co led the offering, which was made through WR Hambrecht + Co’s OpenIPO® auction-based process. JMP Securities LLC was co-manager of the offering.
