Traffic.com Continues Expansion in Philadelphia Market by Signing Additional Television and Radio Partners

New Agreements Deliver Real-Time, Cross-Platform Traffic Solutions to WPVI viewers and WMMR and WPEN listeners

February 28, 2006

Wayne, PA—Traffic.com, Inc., (NASDAQ:TRFC - News), a leading provider of accurate, real-time traffic information in the United States, today announced that it has been named as the exclusive traffic provider for Philadelphia's leading television station, WPVI-TV, and two Greater Media radio stations in the Philadelphia Market - WPEN-AM and WMMR-FM.

Through these multi-faceted agreements, Traffic.com® provides valuable traffic information - featuring travel speeds, delay times, traffic density, and congestion levels - to these broadcast partners. The stations can also benefit from Traffic.com's TrafficOne™ solution, a co-branded traffic Web site that offers cross-platform, personalized services to their viewers and listeners.

Viewers and listeners can visit the stations' Web sites at www.6abc.com, www.sportstalk950.com and www.wmmr.com anytime to link to instant traffic information from the Traffic.com Web site. Free of charge, users will be able to personalize and save their daily commutes or travel routes and receive personalized traffic reports via the company's my traffic.com suite of traffic services. Registered users of my traffic.com have the ability to receive accurate and up-to-the-minute traffic information by calling a traffic hotline, scheduling alerts to their cell phones, receiving mobile e-mail alerts, and setting up e-mail reports to their desktops.

Traffic.com has provided the stations with proprietary technology to support their traffic broadcasts. WPVI uses Traffic.com's NeXgen™ solution, a powerful and exciting graphical depiction of real-time traffic conditions on Philadelphia roadways. Greater Media radio stations use Traffic.com's Broadcaster™ service, an Internet-delivered traffic information system that allows on-air radio talent to access, edit, and prioritize traffic data up to the minute of a traffic broadcast.

"As a Philadelphia-based company, Traffic.com is pleased to welcome market leaders like WPVI-TV and the Greater Media family as new additions to our growing list of broadcast media partners," said Robert Verratti, chief executive officer, Traffic.com.

"This is a great partnership for us," said Bob DeBlois, station manager, Greater Media Sports Talk 950-AM. "This technology will help our listeners on a daily basis. They will be amazed with the real-time quality traffic information that will help make their lives a little easier."

Traffic.com information is provided to Philadelphians from other high-profile partners such as The Weather Channel®, XM Satellite Radio, and Philadelphia's NBC10 and CBS3 News with traffic reporters John Ogden and Bob Kelly, respectively. Last year, Traffic.com also announced a broadcast partnership with UPN 57 (WPSG-TV), a CBS-owned Viacom television station, to produce Wake UP News, a new, fast-paced, headline traffic, weather and news service targeting the fast-paced audience of Philadelphia commuters. Traffic.com continues to expand its client base of broadcast markets and affiliates by now serving nearly 50 TV clients and over 100 radio clients throughout the U.S.
