TRAFFIC.COM PROMOTES MARGARET CRONAN TO VP/GENERAL MANAGER, TELEVISION

Wayne, PA—Traffic.com, Inc., a leading provider of accurate, real-time traffic information in the United States, today announced the promotion of Margaret Cronan to Vice President/General Manager, Television.
In her new role, Ms. Cronan will oversee the sales, affiliation, and product development for Traffic.com's Traffic Pulse® television division. With more than 50 TV clients, Cronan is charged with developing the overall strategy for the division, maintaining the Company's customer service support with partners, and further expanding the client base to include more markets and affiliates.
Prior to this role, Cronan served as Director of Programming and Television News Consultant for the Company, overseeing operations for the UPN 57 (WPSG-TV) morning news program - Wake UP News, a fast-paced traffic, weather, and headline news broadcast for viewers on-the-go. The show, which boasts unique programming with its traffic-centric format, airs live from Traffic.com's corporate headquarters in Wayne, Pa.
Before joining Traffic.com in January 2005, Cronan acted as Executive Producer of Banyan Productions' "Trading Spaces: Boys vs. Girls." Cronan previously served as News Director for WBAL-TV in Baltimore and WPBF-TV in West Palm Beach, Fla., both Hearst-Argyle television stations. During her earlier tenure in the Philadelphia area, Cronan was Executive Producer of KYW-TV News from 1994-1997. Cronan's production credits include Senior Producer at WNBC-TV in New York; Associate Producer at KCAL-TV in Los Angeles; Evening and Weekend Producer at WJZ-TV in Baltimore; and News Producer of WBOC-TV in Salisbury, Md. Cronan began her career as a reporter and news desk assistant.
