On-Road Traffic Reporters
Traffic.com, a leading Web-based traffic information service, is currently hiring part-time and full-time individuals to fill positions in many of our Operations Centers across the US.
On-Road Reporters clearly and accurately report traffic conditions on assigned routes via 2-way radio to the Traffic Operations Staff and assist Producers in gathering and writing traffic information, which will be disseminated to various sources including radio stations and the Internet.
The ideal candidates will thrive in a dynamic team environment, possess excellent communication skills, are computer literate, capable of multi-tasking, and accustomed to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, often exciting, environment. Familiarity with area highways and roads, map reading skills, and independence are other desired attributes.
Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
These are part-time and full-time positions with the opportunity for advancement.
Flexible shifts between 5:30am to 7:00pm
